At TinoMart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

 

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or physically damaged items.

• Products without original packaging.

• Personal care / hygiene products.

• Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Return Process

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number  and  Item Photos.

2. Our support team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, you may be asked to return the product to our return address.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process refund or replacement.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

• Store Credit / Voucher

• Replacement Product

• Bank Transfer (where applicable)

Note: Shipping/Delivery charges are non-refundable.
